How do I reset my password?
Open the Workslip app → tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen → enter your email → check your inbox for a reset link.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Subscription → tap 'Upgrade to Pro'. You'll get a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
Can I use Workslip offline?
Yes! Workslip works offline. Create jobs, capture signatures, and generate invoices without internet. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), Supabase PostgreSQL with row-level security, and never share your data with third parties.
